THE CALL

BRYAN LONG, DIRECTOR OF CHURCH MULTIPLICATION

Each year we take a number of church leaders through our assessment program called “The Call.” This is a multi-day cohort experience that helps candidates discern their “fit and flourish” in ministry. We all have a “sweet spot” where we’re at our best. We want to help you find it so that you can give your best time and energy to the Kingdom.

These leaders come from all over the country with different backgrounds and experiences. We spend time hanging out, sharing our stories and casting vision. We also spend time interviewing each candidate on specific qualities that have been shown to corelate with fruitful church planting and revitalization. We close with time of prayer as each of our assessors intercede and bless those in the room.
