2020 Annual Gathering Canceled and Rescheduled

On April 14, 2020 the CCCC Board of Directors unanimously voted to cancel the 2020 Annual Gathering in Warwick, RI. This decision was not made lightly, but in consideration of:

  • an unknown future regarding the assembly of large gatherings,
  • a lack of assurance regarding the hotel’s ability to host us,
  • current financial struggles making the registration fee out of reach
    for many,
  • continuing transportation issues,
  • and a probable reluctance on the part of many to gather in large groups well into the fall of this year.

The event has been rescheduled for next year.
